Minimum stay – 3 overnights during Christmas 

All reservations are confirmed in case of availability.

Accommodation in a Suite with balcony – 5 Euro per day, upon request and written confirmed by the hotel.

Cooking is allowed in block A, upon request. Fee per day – 5 Euro.

All of the above mentioned rates are in EUR, per person, per night, for the minimum capacity as described in the chart and include:

v   One room night with breakfast buffet (BB) or breakfast and dinner buffet (HB) (minimum 15 guests);

v   Use of Regnum SPA Centre – indoor swimming pool with children section, Finnish saunas, Steam bath, Hamam, Shock & tropical showers, Relax area, Fitness center, Jacuzzi, (all Jacuzzi are available on schedule according to the maximum capacity for each session);

v   Ski lockers for personal belongings with warming and drying facilities;

v   Shuttle bus to/from first station of the Gondola lift (on schedule);

v   Children’s playground area & Children’s animation (4-14 years incl.) within opening hours;

v   Safe at the suites;

v   Wi-Fi internet at the entire hotel;

v   Outdoor parking (upon availability);

v   Insurance and 9%VAT;

v   Resort tax (the children till 6 years old pay only tax resort).

Ø    Check-in after 15:00, check-out – until 12:00.

Discounts:

v    One child from 0 to 6.99 years old (incl.) with 1 adult accommodated on regular bed are valid the conditions for single occupancy.

v    Two children from 0 to 6.99 years old. (incl.) with 1 adult are accommodated as per the conditions for double occupancy.

v    1 adult accommodated with 1 child from 7 to 12.99 years old on regular bed are valid the conditions for double occupancy.

v    1 adult accommodated with 1 child from 7 to 12.99 years old on regular bed and 1 child from 0 – 6.99 years old (incl.) on extensible sofa bed – as per the conditions for double occupancy. 2nd child is accommodated free of charge.

v    1 adult accommodated with 1 child from 7 to 12.99 years old on regular bed and 1 child from 7 to 12.99 years old on extensible sofa bed – as per the conditions for double occupancy: supplement for 2nd child according to the seasonal charges indicated in the table above.

v    Single occupancy is not allowed in Grand Suite, Grand Suite with Mountain View.

 Single Occupancy Rate for all suites is 75 % for High, Middle and Low seasons

Ø   Christmas Dinner – obligatory:  45 EUR per adult; / 30 EUR – per child from 12 to 16 years old (incl.); / 25 EUR per child from 6 to 11 years old (incl.), /

15 EUR per child from 3 to 5.99 years old (incl.) children from 0 -2 years old (incl.) use baby cot without meal – festive buffet with live music.

è   Early departures will be 100% charged for all remaining nights and extras as originally confirmed.

è   When sending a reservation with children – the age is certified by the date, month and year of birth of the children. Non –observance of this requirement – the child

will be charged as an adult.

è Release period for all reservations in 09.12.2023.

è 50% deposit payment is required up to 7 days after confirmation by the Hotel of each reservation.

Fully payment of each reservation – one week before arrival.

è Any changes on sent booking, including change of dates, name, board, room type will be confirmed by the hotel in case of availability and respectful reason.

Otherwise will be considers as a new reservation and cancellation of the previous one.

è Reservations will be confirmed by the Hotelier upon availability and no valid stop sales.

è    All reservations must be paid in advance before check-in. In case of non-compliance with this condition, the hotel will refuse guest accommodation.

Cancellation without penalties – until 14 days before arrival

3 overnights penalty for cancellation less than 14 days before arrival

No show – 100% penalty
