In order to reach us by coming from Predela, after entering the town, right after the second gas station “ECO”, you would see a big billboard of “Lucky Bansko” to the right.

Immediately after the billboard you turn right and then the second turning to the right again.

If you come from direction Gotse Delchev, you should follow the ring road.

Once passing over the bridge of Glazne river, immediately after the bridge you turn left and then the second turning to the right.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

A reservation confirmed by the Hotel should be guaranteed with a payment for 1 night, up to 3 days after its confirmation. Additional payment up to the full amount should be made at least 14 days before check-in.
Cancellation or change of the reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date is without penalty.
If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 14 days before the check-in date, the amount for 1 full night for the reserved room will be charged.
In case of earlier departure than the requested stay, the amount for 1 full night will be charged.

Cancellation or change of reservation must be made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
