Australia really is like nowhere else on Earth. A giant island afloat in the Great Southern Ocean, cut off from the rest of the world for millennia, this most ancient of continents has long hidden its startling physical beauty and remarkable native wildlife from the rest of the world. Inhabited by Aboriginal people who have coexisted with the land for more than 40,000 years, it was into this pristine wilderness that the British first arrived in 1788. With its proximity to the Asian trading routes, and its isolated geography, Australia was the perfect penal colony for Britain’s overcrowded shores. For the next 100 years, this beguiling land remained the haunt of convicts, explorers and spirited free settlers, who together with growing bands of intrepid gold-miners, pearlers, farmers and traders, forged an Australian spirit that is characterized by independence, irreverence, and a good dose of humor.

Day 1,Day 1: Arrive and Meet your Group

When you land in Sydney after your long flight we’ll be at the airport to meet you and take you to the hostel. You’ll have plenty of time check in, relax and meet the rest of your group. Start point Meeting Point, Sydney Airport, Airport Dr, Sydney, New South Wales 2020, Australia

Day 2,City Orientation, Jet Boating & Night out

First things first we’ll get your bank account organised this morning, so your spending money is sorted. We’ll then show you around the beautiful city of Sydney before Jet Boating on Sydney Harbour! It's a great way to see the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and soak up the spectacular views of Sydney. All whilst having a great laugh with your new mates.

Day 3,Private Sydney Harbour Cruise

Today we give you lots of information on travel around Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia before heading out on our private cruise sailing around Sydney Harbour!

Day 4,Bondi Beach and Snorkeling

Today we'll visit the world famous Bondi Beach where you can take a swim or just relax and work on your tan. Then we'll do the Bondi to Coogee Coastal walk. You'll snorkel in secluded bays, play some beach volleyball and enjoy an Aussie beach BBQ and a few cold beers!

Day 5, Learn to Surf and Port Stephens

We'll take you out of Sydney and head north to the stunning Port Stephens. Along the way we’ll stop off at a beautiful secluded beach and learn to surf with qualified instructors and real Aussie surf dudes! Tonight we’ll stay in a uniquely Australian bush bungalow and have a BBQ and bonfire on the beach. Note: In winter (June, July & August) we replace surfing with a Brewery Tour in Port Stephens.

Day 6,Sand Boarding & Dolphins

Wake up to the sun rising over what feels like real Australia. Feed wild kangaroos, spot wild koalas before tackling the biggest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere on a sand board! After lunch we’ll jump on a boat cruise, spot wild dolphins and work on our tans getting towed along the back off our boat. We then make our way back to Sydney just in time for a fun night out on the town!

Day 7, Chill out and get yourself sorted

Today is the day we help sort any or all of your onward travel around Australia. We’ll help plan and organise the trip of a lifetime with the new friends you’ve made!

Day 8, Essential & Work Help, Farewell Dinner

Before Intro finishes we’ll make sure all the essential stuff you’ll need to live and work in Australia is done. We’ll give you a comprehensive ‘how to find work’ seminar and get you signed up to our Oz Jobs program. Then we’ll get dressed up for dinner at Australia's highest and most spectacular revolving restaurant. Enjoy delicious food at the 'all you can eat' buffet where you can even try kangaroo and camel. It's the perfect way to end your amazing Oz Intro experience!

Day 9,Check out and onward travel

Intro is over but you’re now ready to go off and work & travel around with our help and the new friends you’ve made! We’ll be there to support you throughout your whole time in Australia.
