About the hotel

Club hotel Yanakiev has 34 double rooms and 6 apartments. All of them are equipped with balconies with beautiful view either to the mountain or to the center of the resort.
The Wellness centre is situated on the ground floor and on the mezzanine. It has a steam bath, laconium, sauna, ice corner and a big department for various types of massages. The swimming pool is uniquely situated on the level of the ski slope passing by the hotel. The swimming guests of the hotel could enjoy the skiers on the slope. The ski center of the hotel has brand new modern skis and ski boots and could serve all the guests of the hotel.
From the restaurant a beautiful view towards the ski slopes of the resort is shown. The lobby bar and the evening piano-bar offer nice atmosphere and warmth for the hours after the active sport. For the most enthusiastic skiers and other guests who want to have quick lunch without losing much time a fast-food restaurant is established in the left end of the hotel. You can enter it right from the ski slope and if the weather is nice you can enjoy the lunch on the sunny terrace.
The hotel has an open and indoor parking area.
Offering superb conference facilities for up to 100 delegates. Club hotel “Yanakiev” is an excellent choice for hosting business seminars, corporate retreats, banquettes, or off-site meetings.
We offer a large Conference hall for up to 100 delegates, one Meeting/Banquet room for up to 35 and one Meeting room for up to 30 delegates.

All prices are in Euro (EUR), per room with 2 persons sharing and include: VAT, insurance, resort tax, breakfast, dinner (for HB), complimentary use of the swimming pool, complimentary use of sauna and steam bath from 3.00 p. m. till 7.00 p.m., complimentary outdoor car parking, free use of Wi-Fi;
The Apartment price applies for accommodation of up to 4 persons and includes breakfast for 2 and (if on HB) dinner for 2. Meals for 3rd/4th person accommodated are offered at supplement:
– for BB: adults – 10EUR p. person p. day; children (2-12 yrs) – 5EUR p.p.p.d
– for HB: adults – 16EUR p. person p. day; children (2-12 yrs) – 8EUR p.p.p.d.;
Extra bed will be charged for 3rd person in Double/Twin room. The maximum of Extra bed per room is one.
For some rooms extra bed is not available
An Adult (12 years of age and older) on Extra bed is charged 30% off the regular bed price;
A Child (2 to 12 years of age) on Extra bed (if sharing with 2 adults) is charged

The guests can enjoy the excellent kitchen together with the beautiful view over Borovets in the restaurant, the lobby bar and the piano-bar. The fast-food restaurant, in which one can enter right from the ski slope, has a nice sunny terrace.

The restaurant

The restaurant of the hotel on the mezzanine offers both traditional-Bulgarian and international kitchen combined with a collection of carefully-selected wines and brandies, cozy atmosphere and a panorama view.

The lobby-bar

In the lobby bar you could enjoy nice music and a large collection of drinks.

The piano-bar

In the piano-bar you will enjoy in the evening the live music performed, by well known musicians and singers.

The hotel offers to its guests a large Wellness centre with steam bath, Finnish sauna, laconium and ice corner. They are supplemented by a big massage department with different types of massages such as hot-stone massage, honey and chocolate massage. The swimming pool is uniquely situated parallel to the ski slope.

The steam bath:

The temperature of 40-45 degrees C and 100 % humidity of the air is constantly maintained in the steam bath. The steam passes through different ether oils, to clean and hydrate your body. The natural aromas and the steam inhalation will give you relaxation.

The sauna:

The sauna maintains 90 degrees C. In that place the body gets rid of the accumulated toxins and it will make you feel fresh.

Laconium:

The Roman patrician had discovered that the natural warmth, which comes from laconium is an excellent way to eliminate toxins from your body. The walls are heated to 65 degrees C and you get sweat in 15-20 minutes. The warming slowly to the body makes your blood and makes you soft and strong.

Ice corner:

The cooling procedures are part of all treatments for heating. After the sauna, stem bath or laconium, you need to cool your body, which gives you freshness and fitness. The ice corner is a modern way of cooling your body. The air temperature, it is below zero and you feel surrounded by the winter. The temperature shock is not so stressful for your body, because the air density is lower than that of the water. The short time in the corner makes you fresh.
