PAYMENT POLICY (for standard bookings without EBD):
- For reservations postdrank to 14days before the arrival date of tourists is required 50%from the price of the requested services in 5-daily period after confirmation
- For reservations made between 14 and 3 days before the tourist’s arrival date: 100% of the price of the requested services within 3 days after confirmation but not later-later than 3 days before the date of arrival
CANCELLATION AND PENALTIES POLICY:
- In case of cancellation after the stated free cancellation period: 50%penalty /except for the New Year period/;
- In case of No-Showduring all periods except New Year: 75%penalty of the total cost of reservation;
- In case of cancellation or No-Showin the New Year period: 100%penalty.
